AMGDB connects and supports leaders of biochemistry and molecular biology departments to advance research, education, and trainee development through peer exchange, shared resources, and advocacy.

Our primary activities are an annual meeting to promote connection and discussion, and maintenance of a database of information and best practices that is accessible as a resource for members. We also hold periodic additional gatherings and events and provide opportunities for interaction and support with other scientific societies.
