If you have attended an AMGDB meeting previously, you already know the value of talking with your peers and sharing strategies for leadership. The conversations with colleagues at the beach are as important as the programming in the conference room, and you will have plenty of time in both settings. If you have never attended, you are overdue for this important networking and career development opportunity, and we are ready to welcome you. The 2026 AMGDB Meeting takes place in the vibrant Miraflores area of Lima, Peru, which is not only the cultural and social hub of Lima, but also a gateway to experiencing the rich heritage and modern attractions of Peru. With its stunning coastal views, lively parks, historic sites, and bustling nightlife, Miraflores offers a perfect blend of old-world charm and contemporary flair. The AMGDB meeting program includes a group excursion of the Lima city highlights with a historic home tour, pisco sour tasting, gold museum and group dinner. The meeting program ends with a visit to the Huaca Pucllana Ruins for a tour followed by a farewell dinner with live entertainment. Social guest registration includes a meet-and-greet cooking class in Miraflores as well as the group excursion and farewell dinner. Pre/post meeting excursions area also available, including side trips to Machu Picchu, the Nazca Lines, Lake Titicaca and more, depending on your schedule. I hope you will be able to join us in January 2026 for a stimulating meeting in this relaxed setting.
