AMGDB offers its members a forum for exchanging information about their experiences and a venue for addressing the problems, challenges, and opportunities they face in operating their departments. Our greatest resource is our members' wisdom and experience. AMGDB members are known -- some are even notorious -- for their willingness to share their knowledge with colleagues. Take advantage of the networking opportunities to network with peers and stay on top of issues important to chairs such as funding, tenure, curricula and diversity issues.
